It has been quite a year for the TTC Group CEO, Jim Kirkwood.

Jim joined TTC in November 2016 as CEO. With a track record of helping established businesses develop and grow, his aim is to expand the TTC Group with new contract wins and acquisitions.
Fleet driver risk management is a key area for the company to target, with it’s TTC DriverProtect brand for businesses of all sizes. With this in mind, Jim has created a highly experienced team to work with businesses.

Meet the Team
Andy Wheeler joined TTC from AA DriveTech and heads up the DriverProtect team as Business Development Director. Andy has over 22 years of experience within the fleet driver training and fleet risk management industry.
“We realise that managing work-place road safety can be a real challenge for businesses of all sizes which is why we have created a suite of services to help. Our aim is to help businesses continually improve compliance through innovation and collaboration helping them to protect their people, protect their business and protect their brand,” commented Andy.

Sarah Dethick joins Andy as Business Development Manager. She too joins The TTC Group from AA Drivetech and has worked with Andy in the driver risk management field for over 14 years.

The team also welcomes Michael Douglas from AA DriveTech to work as Implementation Manager. Michael is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of new digital solutions for corporate customers. He has over 10 years’ experience working within the driver and rider training and risk management sector

Full time Marketing Manager, Jo Baugh, has worked with TTC since 2009 and has recently taken on this new role. Jo has vast fleet experience having worked in the fleet sector since 1997. Initially working for a fleet management company and more latterly in the corporate driver risk management sector.

Adrian Hide has taken on the role as Senior Consultant (Road Safety). He is a highly experienced road safety professional with over 30 years’ track-record in both the public and private sectors, including 13 years running his own successful driver training business. Adrian’s experience extends across the road safety spectrum from road safety education for schools to driver training and risk management solutions for corporate businesses.
“Employees are both your most expensive and most valuable asset, analysing their driver risk and managing it is essential.” Adrian said. “We have a free on-line risk audit which is a great way to see how well you are currently managing doing this.”

Stacey Bullock has joined the team this year too, to support the team as Corporate Sales Administrator.

“As you can see with over 90 years fleet experience between them we have quite a team to help businesses and organisations to manage their employees who drive for work,” said Jim.
