Business Development Director
Andy has over 22 years of experience within the fleet driver training and fleet risk management industry. A former Traffic Police Officer and currently registered on the DVSA Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) and Fleet Trainer qualified registers. Andy is now responsible for the TTC Corporate Business Development having taken up the position in February 2017. The previous 22 years were with AA DriveTech where he achieved notable success in creating and defining the strategy for the Academy and successfully secured and managed 15 multi million pound police contracts. In 2016 he secured and implemented a training programme to train over 300 newly recruited DVSA Driving Examiners in advanced driving over three days. This contract required full stakeholder engagement with the customer and leading the project within the business. Andy is a pragmatic and solution driven individual, focusing on providing successful training and management solutions to meet customer requirements, reduce fleet running costs, protecting the fleet and its drivers.
Business Development Manager
Sarah has over 20 years of experience in the corporate arena both in the U.K and Europe. Sarah’s skills lie in customer relationship management, having held senior roles in multinational companies. In her previous role of 14 years Sarah had been instrumental in building robust processes to manage all customer requirements to ensure delivery standards were met. Sarah managed the key account team and personally managed the top ten key customers with an annual revenue exceeding £2 million. Sarah has built an extensive knowledge within the fleet risk management sector and is passionate about customer service and doing business with people. Sarah has been involved with various customer rollout initiatives including working with the DfT, launching the SaFED for Vans throughout England and Wales.
Business Development Manager
Michael joined the TTC Group in February 2017 as Business Development Manager to support and deliver growth within TTC’s DriverProtect Corporate Driver Training division. Michael has over 10 years’ experience working within the driver and rider training and risk management sector. He has held various roles and responsibilities including management of a Client Services contact centre, overseeing the implementation of essential contractual projects, improving divisional operations and efficiency and managing major multi-million pound contracts within the National Driver Offender Retraining Schemes. Some of Michael’s notable achievements include the development of a contact centre resourcing model and overseeing the implementation and promotion of a selection of innovative online training courses. These include a programme educating drivers on the importance of seatbelt usage and another programme aimed at reducing the risk of young drivers becoming another road casualty statistic. The seatbelt programme is now in use by over 80% of UK Police Forces training over 50,000 drivers per year. Michael is also experienced in managing large scale contracts and accounts, developing collaborative relationships with customers. As National Contracts Manager he had overall responsibility for the performance and delivery of 12 contracts that provided driver training to in excess of 400,000 drivers per year.
Senior Consultant (Road Safety)
Adrian is a highly experienced road safety professional with over 30 years’ track-record in both the public and private sectors, including 13 years running his own successful driver training business. He continues to hold his DVSA Approved Driving Instructor and Fleet Trainer qualifications. Adrian’s experience extends across the road safety spectrum from road safety education for schools to driver training and risk management solutions for corporate businesses.
His speciality is within the field of managing work-related road safety, in particular, helping clients understand and manage their driver road risk and compliance obligations. Adrian is a highly motivated and analytical individual with high business ethics and a strong desire to deliver positive and meaningful outcomes for his clients.
Jo joined the TTC team as Marketing Manager in February 2017 though she has worked with TTC since 2009. Previous work with TTC has included working with businesses advising on compliance, risk management and arranging fleet driver education. She has worked in sales and marketing since 1992 to present day across numerous market sectors including Pharmaceuticals, the automotive industry including fleet management and road safety including driver risk management and education. Jo has also previously owned her own digital marketing business. Being responsible for the companies under the TTC Group banner - TTC 2000, TTC Driver Protect, TTC Cycle Experience and TTC Balanceability - her role incorporates traditional marketing activities, all digital marketing responsibilities and working very closely with the corporate team.
