First Aid requirements for CPC drivers
At the end of the course, drivers will have confidence and feel empowered to help when coming across a collision or traffic incident.
This course has been created for those drivers with ‘acquired rights’, often referred to as ‘grandfather rights’ and who passed their PCV test before September 2008 and their LGV test before September 2009.
The course is registered for CPC requirements, contributing 7 hours towards the 35 hours of periodic training. There are also external benefits – drivers will be able to assist in an incident on the road, in the workplace or at home.
